If you are referring to a profile machining operation (where the path follows the inside or outside edge of a polygon, line, arc or circle) then the profile is actually more a function what you want the CNC router (blackToe in this case) to do. A profile expects a specific end mill in the spindle and requires the specifications of the end mill in the profile operation.
If you are referring to profile to mean "post processor" or specifications (profile of the control) for the g-code interpretation for a specific control program (like Mach3), then you will need to set the post processor in VCarve post-processor to the control program you are using.
