We send the license through the email provided to us through amazon. We re-sent the license file through that amazon provided email address. Please check that email address that amazon provides you as the link between the customer and seller.

If you cannot determine the process, then please send us an email at phdroboticsllc@gmail.com and we will send it directly to you using your email address.

  • When is the license for the software we purchased coming to us?

    Mach3 or Mach4 licenses purchased from us go through a process that includes us purchasing the license from the Mach3 developer first. The developer can take up to 2 hours to delver that license back to us to be emailed to the customer.

    If the license was purchased outside of business hours, then we will start the process at the beginning of the next business day.

    If you notice a delay in this process, please give us a call so we can provide a status, or let us know that you purchased the license so we can get the process going. Even during business hours, it may take some time to get to your order with our workload.

    Considering that "materials being lased by may emit gasses that are harmful to humans (corrode human tissue and cause damage to respiratory organs). Always read the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for the material to be lased. You can find these MSDS from manufacturer websites for the material you are considering for use in the laser system."
    We successfully have worked on Thin sheets of Brasswood, glass, foam, plexi-glass. The thickest materials you will be able to successfully cut is 1/4".

    You can determine if the country is serviceable by:
    - selecting the items you want to purchase on the website
    - go to the cart (shopping cart top left of any webpage)

  • How can i tell if my laser supply is 110 or 230 VAC? there is no marking of any kind

    Only the 110v Version will have any indication of voltage on it. On the side of the power supply unit that has the black terminal strip and red wire coming out of it, there will be a silver sticker on the white side of the transformer that will state 110v, if it is 110v. If there is no sticker, then it should be 220v.

    check your in-going power and make sure that you have a good neutral connection. Frequently the issue is not the power supply but the power coming into the power supply that causes the problem. There is a chance that the power is good coming in but there is a loose neutral connection and that causes it. This is the neutral connection that runs all the way back to the panel in your home.

  • my x motor seems to ignore some movements causing it to be innacurate, how do i fix this?

    If one or more motor is not responding, please follow the troubleshooting directions below:

    For parallel Bob only! Make sure both the parallel and USB are connected.

    Re-check wiring, and connections for continuity (no breaks in the wires) and check for correct wiring locations from driver to BoB.
    Check dip switch settings on the driver.
    Check components, by swapping the motors (ex. y-axis motor to z or x-axis driver and z or x-axis motor to y-axis driver) to check if motor functions on another driver.
    Depending on software check step low active (mach 3) or invert pulse (planet-cnc) for the axis which is not responding.
    Mach 3 - config/port & pins/motor outputs / Planet-CNC - file/settings/axes

  • What kind of machine is recommended for machining composites?

    Any of our machines can cut composites. The machine selection would be the performance of cutting the composites. The greenBull will have the best performance due to it's increased rigidity. The feedrate, depth per pass and finishing passes will need to be adjusted for the machine that is being used to cut the composites. For example, the greenBull CNC machine with the 2.2 kW spindle will be able to cut deeper per pass with a faster feedrate than the blackFoot CNC machine.
