Mach3 or Mach4 licenses purchased from us go through a process that includes us purchasing the license from the Mach3 developer first. The developer can take up to 2 hours to delver that license back to us to be emailed to the customer.
If the license was purchased outside of business hours, then we will start the process at the beginning of the next business day.
If you notice a delay in this process, please give us a call so we can provide a status, or let us know that you purchased the license so we can get the process going. Even during business hours, it may take some time to get to your order with our workload.
