    From our records, you ordered Mach3. We purchase the license from the software developer and then we email you the license file that will be copied into your Mach3 installation.

    Make sure to install Mach3 while you wait for the license file to be emailed to you.

    BuildYourCNC accepts purchase orders by email for most educational systems. Please email your purchase order to customerservice@buildyourcnc.com. Please be sure to include itemized descriptions of everything you need to order, and use the website to calculate appropriate shipping costs. Please also indicate if you are tax-exempt and include the shipping address for where the goods will be delivered. Standard terms are NET 30, so you will need to settle all pending invoices within 30 days of receipt of goods.

    If you are needing a status of an order that you purchased from us, you can either log-in and click on the "My Account" link at the top, or call us at 281-815-7701.

    The "My Account" link will contain all of the orders and tracking numbers associated with those orders. If the order does not contain a tracking number, call us to get a status of the order. In most cases, we will call you first if there is a backorder in our inventory.

    Yes, an email is sent to the customer as soon as a label is printed from our system. The email includes the carrier name and the tracking number so you can keep an eye on the path of the shipment, if the service that was purchased includes this tracking service.

    If you would like to make an order, simply add the item you wish to purchase to your cart. Then click on "Your cart" either in the box or at the top of the page. Enter your shipping and billing information and then select method of payment. Once you enter your payment info you should get a confirmation and a Transaction ID number.

  • where is my purchased cad/cam software?

    Mach3 or Mach4 licenses purchased from us go through a process that includes us purchasing the license from the Mach3 developer first. The developer can take up to 2 hours to delver that license back to us to be emailed to the customer.

    If the license was purchased outside of business hours, then we will start the process at the beginning of the next business day.

    If you notice a delay in this process, please give us a call so we can provide a status, or let us know that you purchased the license so we can get the process going. Even during business hours, it may take some time to get to your order with our workload.
