Hi, I got two different bits I use alot. The 1/16th and 1/32 end mills. I use them alot for making signs. They seem to be getting dull. They are very expensive so I was wondering can you sharpen these bits? Do you have a service to do this? Thank you

At the time of this writing (11/18/2021), the freight transport is between $600-$946 not including insurance. Insurance is around $100. The import duties are 5% for tax and Ontario has an HST of 13%.

The motor that is attached to the 4th axis is wired as follows:

The motor should have red, green yellow and blue wires coming form the motor. The red and green are paired as one coil and the yellow and blue is paired as the other coil. You can wire the motor to a 3.0 amp driver with red to A+, green to A-, Yellow to B+ and Blue to B-

For our machines the threaded rod will be included with only our whiteAnt, an it is only sustained with to nuts on each side where it goes through the structure. Nothing besides the structure is it riding through.

Our kits include all of the parts needed to put a whole working machine together. However, understand that the kits are quite advanced and require a good level of mechanical competence to be completed correctly. We offer assembled machines for those that can't assemble these machines due to their complexity and need for fastening the overall components in a way that there is good smooth and tight motion, minimizing backlash to the fullest.

We do have a few kits that you need to supply the table which include the greenBull 4x,5x and 6x, and the blackFoot. The tables would be far to large and heavy to ship. Our greenBull Kit is our best selling machine. All of the other machines are all inclusive.

Yes, we have the optional table for the blackToe, but we need to fabricate it, which only takes one day. We generally reserve one week for the total fabrication and packing of all parts.

DO YOU HAVE BLACKTOE MACHINES WITH TABLES READY TO GO OR HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MAKE ONE?

The eyebolts are used in the squaring of the machine. I would use a standard carpenters square and first run the end mill along the edge of the square to first make it parallel with the long axis. Then run the end mill along the other edge with the short axis and adjust the eye bolts and chain according to the angle that the machine is out of square.

I have your mach3 USB BoB, do you guys sell a torch control relay I can wire up to turn my plasma torch on and off and how I would wife that too this BoB?

The wiring from the spindle to the VFD will depend on the power rating on the spindle. For a 1.5 or 2.2kw spindle, you can use 18/4 cable.

I recommend using a shielded cable as this cable may need to be routed through the machine along with delicate signal cables. The signal cables should also be shielded as well. The shield should be wired to protective earth.

Unfortunately I am not able to give an estimate of shipping time. This is because there are multiple shipping options, Some of them cost more than others, but ensure the package arrives in a certain number of days.
