    You can track your shipment by logging into your account and clicking on the "[My Account]" link at the top of the page. You will see the items that you purchased and if shipped, will provide the tracking number so you can track the package.

    It usually takes about three years before you get a viable crop from young grapevines. We planted grapevines at a house we built in California and the first crop that actually had enough grapes that we could actually pick and eat them was three years later. We ate them as we left town on our way to the East coast and our new home. They were growing strong when we passed by the old house some 10 years later.

    A few varieties of grapes produce in two years, such as Brianna and Seyval grapes.

    The good news is that grape vines usually live between 50 to 70 years, depending on the variety.

    Try slowing your feedrate down and increasing spindle RPMs. End-mills will leave a poor finish if you go too fast. Make sure your cutting depth isn't too much. Maybe the endmill or cutter is blunt? Could it be the feed direction of the cutter? Some materials need to be fed in a certain direction.

    From our records, you ordered Mach3. We purchase the license from the software developer and then we email you the license file that will be copied into your Mach3 installation.

    Make sure to install Mach3 while you wait for the license file to be emailed to you.

  • I placed an order for a 4th axis with tailstock on Wednesday and was just wanting to check on the shipment status. I'm needing the item early next week and need to confirm that it will arrive in time. Thank you.

  • When will your 20mm guide rails be in stock?

    (6/10/2018) Transports from China take quite a while unfortunately. I don't actually have a date of arrival as they typically produce documents for transport and we have not seen them yet. When the documents arrive, it will take about 2 to 3 week from that time to actually reach the US.

  • When will the 2.2kw 110v inverter be in stock?

    It's actually difficult to say when we will get our 2.2kW 110v VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) in stock. The problem of predicting inventory stock with fluctuating sales is a challenge, especially at the price we offer. Please consider the 220v VFD, even if a 220 outlet is needed to be installed. We have found that the 220v VFD units performance to be better than the 110v VFD units.

    We are in the process of finding a replacement vendor. If you purchase the combo, we will ship it out as soon as we have them in stock. If you change your mind, or we do not find a suitable vendor, you will be able to get a refund.

  • When will you have the 4kw spindle package back in stock?

    We are depreciating the 4 kW spindle. The size of this spindle is very large and heavy and our supplier is not carrying them anymore. The 2.2 kW spindle is such a good spindle for power and size that the 4 kW spindle is overkill for most of how we use machine, and for the general market that we are in at the moment.

    That is difficult to tell at this time. Right when we get them in, they go fast. These items come from China and the units are shipped in via freight on ship, so there are many factors on the delivery such as weather.

  • How long will it take to receive my package?

    Unfortunately I am not able to give an estimate of shipping time. This is because there are multiple shipping options, Some of them cost more than others, but ensure the package arrives in a certain number of days. Others do not give a number of days, and many factors could change the length of shipping time, such as weather, or busy season. It would be best to choose an option you are comfortable with the price of, and then Google search the typical times it takes for that option to get to you, or call the shipping company and request that estimated time from them.
