We use these aluminum rails as guide rails that the v-groove bearings ride along. The aluminum specification is 6061-T6 which is known for its structural characteristics.

This is a 14 tooth 1/2" ID drive sprocket that mates with a #25 roller chain (bicycle chain). With a drive sprocket on a motor and an roller chain, you can make things move.

These sprockets are great for adding to the shaft of a motor to make something move. The drive sprocket will pair with a #25 roller chain.

This is the chain that mates with the #25 sprockets.

Notice the very large bore (hole) in the drive sprocket. That bore won't fit any motor generally used in the DIY CNC community, but accompanied with a collar that reduces the bore, now you have a great combination that fits well with 1/4" shafts.

You can use this mechanism to either help position the roller chain to assist the drive sprocket, or be used as a free wheel for one end of a loop of roller chain.

Single strand steel #40 chain

This is an anti-backlash nut that works with the 1/2" 10 TPI (Threads Per Inch) 5 start Lead Screw.

This is a 1/2" 5 start and 10 TPI ACME precision lead screw that translates to 2 turns per inch. Use this to serve as your main mechanics to move an axis of your CNC machine. Couple this with our anti-backlash nut with the same specifications. The quantity is priced per inch. Total length = quantity in inches.

This is a ball screw and ball nut just shy of 1 inch major diameter (24.86mm). The lead is 5 turns per inch approximately (24.91mm after 5 turns.). This ball screw will provide for a smooth, easy and precise movement to CNC routers and machines. The length of threaded length is 1900mm.

This is a nut that uses a spring to reduce/eliminate backlash

This lead screw specifications: 5 turns per inch, 3/8" outside diameter lead screw, 10 threads per inch and has 2 starts (making it 5 turns per inch). The lead screw is ACME precision and mates perfectly with this anti-backlash nut.

These parts are typically used to stabilize lead screws (so they don't move axially).

Limit switches serve as the mechanism that tells the computer the limits of the CNC machine. When one of the axes moves to an axis limit, the switch is activated and the machine stops. These limit switches are also use to inform the computer of the home position.

Single sided timing belt (belt with trapezoidal teeth) to keep a good position with linear motion applications. Urethane with Kevlar cords, pitch is .08" and the width is 1/4". This item is sold by the inch. Update the quantity with the number of inches desired.
