These bearing assemblies will give you that sliding action, and when attached to a support piece as I show in various parts of my website, you will be home free.

Bearing Assemblies

Included with each bearing assembly are: aluminum angles bored (hole drilled) and tapped (threaded) for 5/16" bolts, four 5/16" bolts, four 5/16" nuts and four bearings with a 5/16" inside diameter. The unit is based on the length of the bearing truck (aluminum angle).
