At BuildYourCNC, we ship both domestic and international orders. We work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible, but shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order size, supplier availability, and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on:

Product availability
Order size
Payment verification
Supplier lead times
Holidays or periods of high order volume

Some items may ship directly from a supplier if they are not available in our inventory.

Domestic and International Shipping

We ship to customers within the United States and internationally. Shipping options and transit times vary based on destination, package size, weight, and carrier availability.

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

Customs duties
Import taxes
VAT
Brokerage fees
Other country-specific charges

These charges are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Shipping carriers and service levels may vary depending on the order. The carrier selected at checkout may also determine whether a signature is required upon delivery.

When applicable, signature requirements are generally based on the carrier’s policies or the service used.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.

Shipping fees may be refunded only if a shipping label has not yet been purchased. Once a label has been purchased, shipping charges may no longer be refundable unless covered under our Return Policy.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times do not include order processing time.

Delays may occur due to:

Carrier issues
Weather
Customs processing
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Supplier delays
High seasonal volume

We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Split Shipments and Drop Shipping

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. This can happen when products are stored in different locations, become available at different times, or are shipped directly from a supplier.

If part of your order is drop shipped or shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking updates.

Backorders and Availability Delays

If an item is backordered or unavailable and the delay is expected to be significant, we will generally contact the customer to discuss the order before proceeding.

Availability estimates are subject to change and may depend on supplier inventory.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly after delivery and keep all original packaging materials.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If needed, we will try to assist in reviewing the shipment issue.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
