The Huangyang VFD doesn't need a plugin to work with the Mach3 USB RNRMotion controller. The controller is able to provide the PWM and on/off for the VFD through the AVI, ACM and output pins. You may be trying to use a plugin that utilizes the modbus RS-485 connection, which is another viable method of controlling the VFD.
