can't get breakout board with relay working. in your video you show a 5v power supply input on the usb one but can't not find on this one?

What part of your breakout board is not working? Are you having trouble getting a signal from the computer out of the breakout board to the drivers? The breakout board uses the USB as the 5v power source.
