Unreal Engine 4 (UE4) How to create a class blueprint that associated to an actor

Click on either new in the content browser, or click on blueprints at the top of the level editor and select new class blueprint. Then select the parent class, in this case, actor, and then select the folder that this class blueprint will reside.
