Unreal Engine 4 (UE4) How to find content by name or by type in the content browser

The content browser allows easy searching using the filter or the search box. The search box will find the content by the name given to the content. In the filter dropdown menu, you can filter by type. For instance, if a blueprint was saved under the material folder, you can filter by blueprints and all blueprints will be displayed.
