Introduction:

Onsrud Foam cutting end mill. 1/4" Solid Carbide Two Flute UpCut. Shank: 1/4", Cut Diameter: 1/4" Cut Length: 2-1/4"

Description:

This end mill is designed to cut foam material. The overall length including the shank is 4". The cut diameter and shank is 1/4" so you will need a 1/4" collet to accept this end mill. The helix angle of the cutting flutes is 25 degrees. The number of flutes is two (2). The cutting end of the end mill is flat with a zero cutting radius so the bottom of the cut will be flat if it is not cutting all the way through the foam material.
