Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • Sell you liner guideways and screwballs to 2000 mm. (78 inches) length?

We sell our lead screws at length but the longest single length is 78" for our 1/2" and our 3/8" is 72" long, now for our linear guide rails the longest rail we have (new item) is 55" at the moment we will be getting longer rails in the near future.

  • machine wont zero machine coordinates

The machine coordinates depicts the actual machine location and not the logical location for one of the G55, 56, etc. work offsets. If you need to zero the actual machine's coordinates, then you need to select the settings tab, click on the "reset interp" button at the lower right of the screen and zero each axis of the "encoder position" section. To reflect this value to the main digital readout (DRO), click on the "to DRO" for each axis.

  • How to use the power supplier with laser an commands ? Where is the documentation ?

Dealing with our laser power supplies you can find a simple schematic/wiring diagram here ((Parallel)https://www.buildyourcnc.com/images/LaserWiringParallel.jpg / (USB)https://www.buildyourcnc.com/images/LaserWiringUSB.jpg), Now you can also find steps for our blackTooth laser cutter/engraver from steps 55-68 on our website here (https://www.buildyourcnc.com/blackToothLaserCutterAndEngraver.aspx). One of our previous customers gave us a courtesy of making a detailed forum on our blackTooth laser cutter assembly (http://blacktoothlaser.blogspot.ca/2013/04/index-for-blacktooth-laser.html?view=classic).
