Check out the new Research and Development section. We need your feedback and suggestions!! You can now request new R&D projects, or products you would like to see us offer on the website. You can also vote on these projects or products so they can be ranked in the order of their popularity.

We have quite a few projects in the hopper, but all of these projects came about from customer request. We don't actually know how desirable these projects are, or which ones are most popular. to gauge this, we implemented a new system.

You, the user, can request projects for us to develop. The project will be shown on the R&D page immediately. Each project listed on the R&D page will have a button next to it so you can put in your vote! If you have already voted for that project, the button will present the text "un-vote" just in case you decide that other projects should have more focus.

You can vote on as many projects as you wish, but each project can only receive a single vote per user. Please let us know if you feel this is helpful or not.
