I have an Eagle Plasma table and I want to add a 40 laser. Can you supply me a list of what I need to make this happen.

The THC and the triggering of the plasma are actually two different functions of a controller. To trigger a plasma cutter, you can use one of the outputs of the Mach3 USB controller (out 1, 2, 3, or 4). That output can be connected to a relay that connects to the two wires that will trigger the plasma.

WE don't have an actual file that contains the instructions for the machines as they are a part of a larger database file that is queried during the product page's rendering in the browser. The best option would be to print the webpage on a printer and use that as notes.

I know this will not provide larger images, but you could use the paper version to write your notes while assembling the machine using the larger images on the website.

Now dealing with the Breakout Board, the book specifies the parallel port BoB, but you can use the USB BoB and use Planet-CNC rather than using Mach 3 or Linux-CNC as your control software.

Exhausting the blackTooth laser cutter is a very important consideration and should be taken seriously, especially if you are cutting materials that give off toxic fumes when the material is burned. You will want a 4 inch hose to connect from the blackTooth to a blower, and another 4 inch hose to connect from the blower to the outside. The blower should be sufficient to provide completely negative pressure within the laser enclosure so there will be no escape of gasses.

The connections at the machine, at the blower and at the location the hose exhausts outside should be thoroughly checked for leaks. Use a gasket, or silicone. Once complete, try cutting a non-toxic material that will give off an odor (wood, or non-toxic plastic) and try the system and determine if the smell is present.

I have been asked to provide an exhaust for the Blacktooth Laser Cutter CO2 40W. I see no specifications or guidelines for exhausting fumes from the machine. Can someone help me?

In regards to your current electronics, one of our electronics combo will work perfect in your application. Depending on size of your machine, 1 out of 3 of our combos will work!(modification may be needed and may vary) However, if you are currently thinking about salvaging some items, it might complicate the swap. These are the things that may complicate the swap:
First: If your current plasma is running off of servos, none of our controllers will work in your application, hence you will need to replace all your electronics.
Second: If you have stepper motors, our interface boards will work with your motors! Only thing is to get it to work hand in hand with your current drivers!
Third: If stepper motors are what you have! You might only need a few items to get your machine back up and running
Fourth: Our current parallel interface board, will work with Mach 3! Which has a plasma control software implemented with it.

Yes, we can make a redLeaf system that has all 6A drivers for use with the 651 oz-in motors. We can also wire the electronics in a way that two of the drivers will use the pins of the same axis so that axis will drive two drivers and motors.

What you need to consider is the machine size (will the tire fit in the machine with the proper modifications to the table) and the milling tool (end mill) used to mill or cut the tire material. The end mill will need to be specifically designed to mill the volcanized rubber material and the steel belts embedded within the tire.

The Mach3 USB interface card uses 5V (powered from the computer's USB) and a 24v to power the inputs, outputs and spindle control

the mach3 usb interface can be found here:

But the mach3 usb does not absolutely need the 24V supply. The 24v supply is only needed if you will be using limit switches (I1-4), VFD controlled automatically and for use with the outputs (O1-4)

The electronics for my current cnc machine has a 36v 8.8 amp power supply. Is this power supply sufficient to power my new Mach3 USB interface?

Can I purchase a computer off Amazon (I have a machine I want to use) and still use the USB interface to drive it with LinuxCNC?

The blueChick would be the perfect machine to iso route PCB boards. The A4 size is 8.3x11.7 inches and the blueChick is 12x36 inches. It's a bit larger, but you would be able to route many more PCBs. I would also recommend getting the 1.5 kW or 2.2 kW spindle for the blueChick since you will want very low runout to make the isolation routes (kerf) between traces very thin.
