Do you have any videos or plans for how to make a strong table for a large CNC router? I saw the torsion box videos but would like some more guidance on how to build just a good table.

The limitation of our machines lies with the width of our gantry, so extending the blackToe to 2' x 6' will not be a problem. I have a Black Toe CNC with your optional table, and wish to extend the x-axis to 6' of cutting length. Is is as easy as ordering another section of table, longer x-axis chain, and longer x-axis rails? If so, would you sell these items?

Some of the types of CNC electronics we will consider.

- We will work on electronics from other manufacturers as long as you are ok with the Mach3, Mach4 or LinuxCNC control software for your CNC machine or CNC router.

- We will repair or retrofit used CNC electronics.

- Some customers find that electronics are overwhelming to put together so we will finish these electronics wiring and assembly for you.

The cost for these includes labor cost for the time it takes to finish the CNC electronics repair or retrofit and for any parts that need to be replaced or added.

I have a 4x8 CNC and would like to cut my own parts for the Blackfoot. What is the price for the plans and the electronics ?

We are developing a 4 foot by 8 foot (48" x 96") laser with 80 watts of power. If you need a laser at 36" x 52", you could use the 4'x8' laser and just build a shorter table. We will have this machine available in the latter portion of 2015.

Since that item is over the $50 free shipping threshold, the shipping is free unless you desire a specific carrier. For a large, heavy and long parcel, the shipping will most likely go through FedEX or UPS.

Usually this does happen, we tend to clean the water out roughly every month, however we use our machine 8hrs a day, 7 days a week non stop. So Depending on your usage it might be every 3-5 months when you might have to change the water.

We use a small air compressor to blow the build up through the spindle.

I have the same water for months to cool the spindel and it's blocked, what can I use to unblock it? I would not like to damage any seal or gasket inside.

You can use either 1" x 1" x 1/8", or 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 1/8" angle on the table sides. The BRAs should all be 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8". The Y ans Z axes should use the 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" angles.

In the Build your own CNC machine book, You said you use 1 1/4" angle on the main table but 1" would be better. So my question is Should I use 1" angle on the main table (4' length) and 1 1/4" angle for the BRA's and other rails?

BUILDING ONE OF YOUR GREENBULL 6X LONG AND 2.2 KILOWATT SPINDLE DOES NOT FIT. SEEMS LEAD SCREW YOU SENT WITH KIT IS SHORT 42" LOOKS LIKE IT NEEDS TO BE 5 OR 6 INCH LONGER. THIS CORRECT? WHAT THE NEEDED LENGTH FOR UNIT?

There is no current solution to bond the ends of a timing belt as this would cause a weak link in the belt. If you know that the part of the belt that is held together will not be pass around the pulley, then you can mechanically bond this part of the belt. Otherwise, it would be best to design the axis of your machine's mechanical system so that the timing belt is pinned at both ends.

I would like to make my own custom length XL belt and would like to know what to use to join ends?

I would first check the mechanical parts to ensure smooth motion. Is your machine bogging down during cutting or jogging/rapids?

You can increase the voltage to gain a higher speed for rapids/jogging, but make sure the driver can handle this voltage. There should be a max voltage on the driver label.

If the bogging down is happening during cutting, either reduce the cutting depth or switch out the drive and motor for the axis that is giving the problem.
