where are the pdf files or the mdf sheets mentioned in the cnc book on page 18

The files and hardware option for our machines has been removed from the site due to the following reasons:
Difficulty for the end use of the files and the challenges (and time/money) on our side to assist in using these files.
The abuse of these files over the internet.
Ultimately may reduce the sales of machines keeping us in business.
Sadly, this is what has come out of our company attempting to be open; however, the machines sold on this site is still far lower in price than the competition for the quality that we provide as we have a great desire to engender the cottage industry to fulfill their need for low end manufacturing. My sincere apologies if this causes any inconvenience.

BlackToe g-code or rather the DXF-file(s), but I can't find that option on the site anymore. Also, is it possible to convert all measurements to mm instead of inches? (Since I live in Sweden). Thank you!

Looks like you are trying to screw me out of $30 plus tax as there will be no pdf files forthcoming unless I shell out another $255. Unless you provide the pdf files I will be forced to seek return of funds and will be notifying VISA, GOOGLE PLAY and the BBB doing so until I get satisfaction. If you are not going to honor your book title by providing complete usable information you should remove your book from the market place, or offer it for free. At this point I don't know how you justify screwing your customers like this, but this one ain't going to take it laying down.

I PURCHASED YOUR BOOK TO BUILD A CNC ROUTER, THE PLAN DRAWINGS ARE INDECIPHERABLE AND TEXT WITH THEM IS ILLEGIBLE. THERE NOTE REFER MDF PARTS LAYOUT 1 PDF, 2 PDF PLANS & CUT LIST DOWNLOADABLE FROM THIS SITE. WHERE THEY CAN'T FIND THEM?

The plans supplied with the DVD combo has the measurements and is built to spec. according to the manual. There may be dimensions missing from both of the download version and the physical plans that can be purchased; however, these measurements can be derived from other measurements on the page.

The plans supplied for Combo #1 for download on the book page is missing some of the measurements. Is this PDF the same plans supplied when you purchase the dvd and plans? Is there a corrected plans file?

If the pdf. files cannot be viewed please update your pdf. reader, also for the X Table End, There are two of these table ends on the machine, each an exact mirror of the other. You will need six (1/4") 2" screws to fasten this to the two table halves. The two holes on either side of the bearing seat require 3" screws to fasten the motor mounts.

I am building the machine frome the book. The measurements for the 6 screws that hold the table together are missing. The chapter seven addisional material on the your website has the measurements but they are unreadable. Can you send me a PDF of that sheet. I purchased your book to build a cnc router, the plan drawings are indecipherable and text with them is illegible. There is a note to refer to MDF Parts Layout 1 PDF, MDF Parts Layout 2 PDF and MDF Plans & Cut List PDF downloadable from this site. Where are they I can't find them?

Your book claims that plans are available for download, not purchase; the "plans" included in book are illegible and sometimes dimensions omitted - e.g. Fig 3.6 is cutout plan but dimensions are missing from dimension arrows. Your call to provide or not provide plans on the website but should not claim to if you will not. I'll hold my putting review on Amazon until I hear back from you. All I'm asking for is legible dimensions - PDF format will work but I'll ANY legible format. Thanks for your consideration.

The book build was intended to be 20 inches x 40 inches. Larger machines were designed after the book build was introduced so customers would have the option to go bigger than what the book offered. Check out our larger machines on the website as the machines sizes range from 1 foot x 3 feet all the way up to 6 feet x 12+ feet.

I'm not wanting to spend $3,000+ on a machine, I want to build one that will do a 4x8 sheet of wood. Will the plans in the book scale up?

It is possible to scale the book build up, but the rigidity of the gantry would be questionable at that span, even if the height of the gantry structure were to be increased. The gantry design would need to be modified to become a box shape rather than a flat configuration. The kits on the site were design for those wanting a larger machine.

I bought your book and was hopeing it had plans or dimentions on how to build a cnc to hold a 4x8 sheet of ply. Will the CNC in the book scale up?

As long as the bearing has a minimum thickness of 1/4" and 9/32" is a bit thicker, there will be no problem with the book build using the bearing that is 1/32" thicker. There is actually more surface area which is better.

The kit was designed to be hand cut, however if you want to get a CNC machine to cut it, you will have to add the dimension(etc.) Into the code of the CNC machine software to process and cut the MDF.
Since we do not provide the files/code.

The White Ant that I've been waiting for arrived yesterday. Today, I discover that the three pieces associated with the extruder tip were not in the package. These are the three pieces directly under the word "White" in your parts page. And, yes, they were checked off as having been shipped. They weren't. I trust you will get them here as fast as you can.

The firmware update for the USB board is done by PlanetCNC. with your board hooked up to the computer via USB cable, log into PlanetCNC. Then, from the Machine tab on the toolbar choose firmware from the drop down and click on update.
