    Yes, an email is sent to the customer as soon as a label is printed from our system. The email includes the carrier name and the tracking number so you can keep an eye on the path of the shipment, if the service that was purchased includes this tracking service.

  • I need to buy a bottle laser 80w but the page does not i calculates the delivery to San Juan PR via UPS. I need to know immediately in order to be able to make the purchase immediately.

    I believe the country of Puerto Rico may need to be US instead. I will change the cart's country field tonight so that it reflects the correct value.

    I see that you used US and may have worked for the US postal department but I also noticed there is an exception for UPS. I will do further research and fix this issue for PR customers! Many thanks for your patience and persistence.

    I just completed some fixes to the cart that corrects the Puerto Rico address for USP and USPS. It appears that USPS and USP require differences in the way the country is designated.

    There is very little radiofrequency (RF) energy exposure to people inside a building from a cellular base station located on its roof. There are several reasons for this. First, the transmitters operate at low power levels. Second, the antennas are normally mounted near the edges of the roof and are aimed away from the building. Third, most cellular transmitters use "high gain" or panel antennas. Such antennas transmit most of their energy in a narrow beam (in the vertical direction) from their front surfaces, away from the building. They radiate very little energy downwards towards the roof or backwards from their rear surfaces. Finally, building materials absorb a significant fraction of the RF energy passing through them. As a result, the RF signal levels at any location inside the building are invariably low and far below safety limits. The situation might be different in some locations on the roof itself. RF signal levels close to (within a few feet) and directly in front of cellular base station antennas can easily exceed safety limits. Some precautions are needed to prevent people from walking directly in front of the antennas while they are transmitting. This applies also to paging and other systems that use rooftop antennas, some of which transmit at higher power levels than many cellular base stations. Kenneth R. Foster, Ph.D.

    There are several reasons why this misconception persists: (1) Less than 1% of people who are vaccinated with the injectable vaccine develop flu-like symptoms, such as mild fever and muscle aches, after vaccination. These side effects are not the same as having influenza, but people confuse the symptoms. (2) Protective immunity doesn't develop until 1–2 weeks after vaccination. Some people who get vaccinated later in the season (December or later) may get influenza shortly afterward. These late vaccinees develop influenza because they were exposed to someone with the virus before they became immune. It is not the result of the vaccination. (3) To many people "the flu" is any illness with fever and cold symptoms. If they get any viral illness, they may blame it on the flu shot or think they got "the flu" despite being vaccinated. Influenza vaccine only protects against certain influenza viruses, not all viruses. (4) The influenza vaccine is not 100% effective, especially in older persons.     The emails are checked only a few times in the day and between those times, we are working on production. However, this "Customer Service" system is actively checked as I receive a text message every time a new question is posed and when a response to a question is added. Please use this "customer service" section of the website as you will be responded to quickly (unless I am sleeping or on the road.

    Mach3 license purchases are processed during our working hours of 9 AM - 5 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If you order after hours, licensed will generally be sent to your email address the following morning.

  • Do you have a laser kit that can be fitted onto another brand CNC router?

    We don't have a laser kit to retrofit another CNC router other than ours, but we can create one. Some things that may help:

    - You are located close to use so we can work closely with you to implement to retrofit,
    - or you can provide very detailed drawings or measurements so we can use them to create the necessary parts for the kit.

    Other things that you need to understand:

    - A laser has a number of parts that will bulk up the head of the CNC router causing a bit more inertia which may require lowering the acceleration for smooth ramping up and down of the velocity

    - The bulk of the parts required for the laser may restrict the travel of the x and/or y axes.

    - The nozzle of the laser will be offset from the end mill of the spindle.

    Can you tell me the brand of the CNC router that you would like to stick a laser on? (you can answer by submitting additional information.
