For the blackTooth laser cutter and engraver, it is not possible to lengthen within its existing enclosure dimensions. The cable management is a bit tight. Call us to discuss.

I am interested in your laser cutter package. Can you create a machine with custom length requirements? ie. 36" length

Our electronics and machines are compatible with all non-proprietary CAM programs. MeshCAM is a standard CAM package so it will work with our equipment. The electronics are more related to the control program (such as Mach3, LinuxCNC, etc) that you select for the machine rather than the CAM program.

Yes, if you want a laser on the machine, I would highly suggest that the laser be mounted on a separate gantry, similar to the following image:

You would need to develop the gantry structure, but you can use this thread to work out the design with my guidance.

The unit is intended to be set on a table top.

The stand that you may have noticed was only a demonstration on how to use SketchUP in a CNC process scenario. The stand has never been offered with the blackTooth laser.

Our spindles have a runout of less than .0001 in, which includes that collets that we sell. If you use a collet from another manufacturer, we cannot guarantee this TIR (Total Indicated Runout) dimension.

Hi, I have watched your vids on YouTube and I am interested in purchasing one of your USB Break-Out Boards. I currently own and use FlashCut CNC software, which is USB based, on all of my machines. I'm wondering if you could tell if the Flashcut software will talk with the USB Break-Out Board? Thank You

With our machines the ipm capable is very dependent on the bit/end mill (the more flutes you have the faster the material will be cut) you are using as well if it is with a router or a spindle, as well as the density of the material. If those items are taken into effect reaching 400 ipm would not be a problem with the greenLean/other machines equipped with our 2.2 kW spindle, and a decent end mill.

Dealing with our inverters, they are built with a bit of margin on the input power. For our 220V VFD the margin is from 170-250V 50/60Hz, so running our VFD in your location will not be an issue! Our electronics will not have a issue running at 230V as well.

The 2.2kW Spindle has many advantages over a standard router such as the Porter Cable. The most obvious benefit to the user is the significant reduction of both dust and noise.

What size water source is needed and how long can it be used before it is too warm? Do you have a pressure vs. flow curve for the spindle so I can properly size the water pump?

I used a small pond pump inside a 5 gallon bucket. I put a little bit of windshield washer fluid in with it to keep anything from growing in it. It's worked great. I've had 1 hour run times with no noticeable increase in spindle temp.

I am interested in buying the 2.2 kW spindle. Does it run much quieter than a 2 hp Porter Cable router? You also mention a pump with a bucket of water. How long until the water is too warm to cool the spindle?
