I ordered the Mach 3 usb controller board on the 1st and I have not received an order conformation or shipping confirmation. My account was charged however.

Hi. The HIWIN spec rail will fit standard M5 screws. If you are using non standard screws with wide heads, or pan heads that are a bit larger than a standard round heads, then it may not fit. Make sure to source screws that have standard round heads, or socket heads for fastening the 20mm HIWIN spec rails.

I purchased some of your 20mm Hiwin Linear Rails. M5 bolts do not fit flush. The head stands out. Is the spec sheet out of date? What bolts will fit this rail AND T Nuts compatible with 8020's 15 series extrusions? Thanks.

So #25 is 2/8 = 1/4 inch pitch bushed chain with no rollers.

IS THE "#25 ROLLER CHAIN" ADJUSTABLE TO ANY LENGTH? LIKE IF I ORDERED TEN FEET OF IT, CAN MAKE TWO 3-FOOT LOOPS AND ONE 4-FOOT LOOP USING SOME SORT CHAIN JOINER?

The dimensions for the #40 drive sprockets will be 1.835" radius tooth to tooth , .575" from teeth to teeth, 0.600" / 3/5 ID, 1.249" OD.

Is the "#25 Roller Chain" adjustable to any length? Like if I ordered ten feet of it, can I make two 3-foot loops and one 4-foot loop using some sort of chain joiner?

The 20 mm linear guide rails have a hole distance from center to center of 60 mm.
The 20 mm round rails have a hole distance from center to center of 150 mm.

Can anyone tell my the exact center to center mounting hole distance on the 20mm linear guide rails? I have done some measuring but I am afraid they vary.

Certainly. The easiest way to process this and get you the correct item, re-order the new item and go ahead and send the mis-ordered item back with a note that you would like a refund for this order.

If time is not a factor for you but you don't want to be out-of-pocket, then simply send the item back (with a note that you need a refund) and you can re-order after the refund is made.

Hi Guys, I just received an order for some cable and realized the moment it arrived that I Miss-ordered. I ordered 8 wire instead of 4 wire. Can I exchange?

The redLeaf CNC computer systems will have either Mach3 or LinuxCNC installed as per the customer's request. If the Mach3 license is purchased, the license file will also be installed on the redLeaf CNC computer system.

The Mach3 or LinuxCNC settings will be configured during the assembly of the system. We contact the customer to determine the drive (mechanics) and inertial (weight of gantry and other parts of the gantry) specifications in order to correctly configure the steps per inch, velocity and acceleration.

Hi I have ordered the ARM Microcontroller Beginners Kit (STM32F0) on the 23rd of April but the shipping has still yet to arrive. I did not create an account at the time of purchasing and I am not in the address I provided anymore. May I know how should I go about this problem

Was there an opening in the tube upon arrival? Did the tube look like it was wrapped up by the shipper due to the damage that occurred? I am suspecting that the package was damaged by the shipper and the tube suffered an opening where the parts may have fallen out. Make sure to take many pictures of the damaged package condition so a claim can be generated.

I recieved 2 hiwin linear rails in a tube with tape on it that says recieved in damaged condition. I got 2 rails 2 zerk fittings, no bearing blocks or lead screw. And technically I should have 2 more zerk fittings

Hi, on adding an item to cart and entering shipping information, the first class mail charges are fine, but the courier service charges are being shown to be outrageously expensive, in the range of 249 dollars for India. Are you sure this isnt some technical glitch?

Not sure what you mean by the statement "I don't know when you answer". Please explain. I have a project very similar to cnc machine. I need 3 lead screws of 1.8 m with all set (supports, bearings...etc). and 3 NEMA 42 motors that I can connect with. if those are available, I need the information about shipping to Oman or UAE.
