Question: This was diplayed after I filled out all info, plus E-Mail this time: Error: The instrument presented was either declined by the processor or bank, or it can't be used for this payment. I know it's not my bank, as i've since ordered from elsewhere without issue, sincerely John Parent

Current Solution

Thanks John. So it looks like it is a processing issue now. Unfortunately, this is a Paypal thing and we have little control over this. Would you like to do the transaction on Monday over the phone? We can also process this with a P.O. (purchase order) and you can remit a check instead.
