  • I have not received my order even though USPS says they delivered it to my home. Its nowhere to be found. The tracing number is 9405511699000140422765, please help me.

    In the tracking for that package, it says it was "Delivered, Garage or Other Location at Address". The package was probably too large to insert it in the mail box. If it was delivered on your porch or garage as stated in the tracking, then a person may have walked away with it. Call your local USPS office and inform then that your package was not where it stated on the tracking.

    These instructions are lame at best, a friend of mine ordered one of these to install on a knife grinder that I built for him, and I proceeded to setup the unit, upon connecting it to the motor, it runs the motor, but hunt's at the lower speeds, and the setting I am looking for just isn't in the list, there's some settings in the 14's that don't say what there for, can anyone help?

    Certainly. The easiest way to process this and get you the correct item, re-order the new item and go ahead and send the mis-ordered item back with a note that you would like a refund for this order.

    If time is not a factor for you but you don't want to be out-of-pocket, then simply send the item back (with a note that you need a refund) and you can re-order after the refund is made.

  • I received the 425 oz-in motor from you. Is it supposed to rotate freely by hand when not powered?

    It may be tough to rotate a stepping motor by hand prior to energizing it especially if it is a large motor above 400 oz-in.
