I purchased a brealout board a couple days ago and it does not show under my account as being purchased, the cash was drawn from me. I assumed I could look and see it in my account and get a tracking number when it is shipped

Did this spindle come with a 110V 1.5kW VFD?

The reason I ask is because the 220V 1.5kW spindle may work well with the 110V 1.5kW VFD. I believe we did the test prior to shipment.

If you did't get the VFD paired with the spindle from us, then I would not connect the 220V spindle with your VFD. Let me ask my technician and get back with you.

My technician said that it should work since the 220V 1.5kW spindle worked with our 1.5kW 110V VFDs.

Remember to seek the advice and guidance of a professional electrician when connecting these types of high powered devices.

Do you have any info on the settings? I would rather buy a pre-configured VFD from you if you don't have the settings for my HT since I have already fried one spindle because of lack of documentation from the manufacturer. If you can setup a VFD that works with the spindle you sent at 110v input voltage I would be fine with the extra expense.

I ordered a 1.5KW 110 volt spindle. I just received the box and the spindle clearly says on the foam packaging and the side of the spindle that it is 220V. I think you shipped me the wrong spindle

I received the software package I ordered ArtCAM Express 2013, It had no dongle nor have I recieved the PAF License number. Pease advise......

Once we create the tracking information for an order, and it is entered into our system, you get emailed to the email address on file, with the tracking information. Certainly. The easiest way to process this and get you the correct item, re-order the new item and go ahead and send the mis-ordered item back with a note that you would like a refund for this order.

If time is not a factor for you but you don't want to be out-of-pocket, then simply send the item back (with a note that you need a refund) and you can re-order after the refund is made.

Hi, I received a laser tube last week, and it was brokken in the packet. I tried to write to customer service but no answer so far. How do you handle this? The packet was not dammaged in any way. I was only able to see it was broken when it was complete unpacked.

When software, or software license is purchased, we need to acquire the license, or software from the software developer and have it emailed to you. This generally takes one business day to complete.

I ordered a WhiteAnt on Dec 5 (saturday). I have never received an order acknowledgement nor a shipping date, but my credit card has been charged. I don't think that is usual. Can you provide an update, please?

In the tracking for that package, it says it was "Delivered, Garage or Other Location at Address". The package was probably too large to insert it in the mail box. If it was delivered on your porch or garage as stated in the tracking, then a person may have walked away with it. Call your local USPS office and inform then that your package was not where it stated on the tracking.

I received my package and everything looks perfect but there wasn't an invoice in it. Can you please send me an invoice for my order? My tracking number was 9405511699000982499109.

We just received our new inventory of motors and that specific stepper motor ski came back with only one shaft. I’m not at the office to look at this inventory, so if that is true, they will all be single shaft. We may have other stepper motors with included rear shafts, but I will have to see on Monday.

If I don’t have the double shaft, we will provide a refund upon receipt of the motors. My apologies for this error.

As I understand you, you might have some motors from the previous lot still in stock, and these would be double shaft but otherwise you don't have any and won't be getting any. If you do have two double shaft versions of this motor please send them; if you don't have two of them please let me know--today if possible--so I can start looking elsewhere. Thanks, Ted Armen

we just received two nema 11 stepper motors per our order--USR2-2, however they are single shaft, we need double shaft, I thought that's what we ordered. We're sending them back, let me know if you do have the double shaft version and I'll try again to order them. I notice the model number on the motor ends in "A", where the packing slip shows "B".

Depending on the specific software you have bought, it might require you to download the main software via their main website. While we will send you the license via email, to unlock the complete software capabilities.
