Placed an order for the cable set for the Pokeys57cnc interface on 10/20 but it is not showing up in My Account as being ordered. It was charged to my credit card and I have not had any info that it was received by you.

In the tracking for that package, it says it was "Delivered, Garage or Other Location at Address". The package was probably too large to insert it in the mail box. If it was delivered on your porch or garage as stated in the tracking, then a person may have walked away with it. Call your local USPS office and inform then that your package was not where it stated on the tracking.

Certainly. The easiest way to process this and get you the correct item, re-order the new item and go ahead and send the mis-ordered item back with a note that you would like a refund for this order.

If time is not a factor for you but you don't want to be out-of-pocket, then simply send the item back (with a note that you need a refund) and you can re-order after the refund is made.

Hi Guys, I just received an order for some cable and realized the moment it arrived that I Miss-ordered. I ordered 8 wire instead of 4 wire. Can I exchange?

You can try the software as a demo however you will have limited g-code lines you can run. I believe it was around 500, so you can create small items with the demo.
To fully unlock the Planet-CNC software you will need to purchase the license.

Please notice, I followed up with several emails abut this situation. In one, I corrected the motor shaft sizes to 10mm. I understand that, as a result of my emails, the original 1/4" x 1/2" couplers were sent and apparently received by someone at the wrong address. As of this time, I have received no couplers of any size and have gotten no reponses to my emails. Can you enlighten me?

I ordered two NEMA 23 steppers with 1/4" shafts, I received motors with 8mm shafts. I also ordered two 1/4" x 1/2" couplers, which I have not received. I have no problems with the motors, but I will need couplers to match the 8mm shaft to 1/2" lead screw.

Did this spindle come with a 110V 1.5kW VFD?

The reason I ask is because the 220V 1.5kW spindle may work well with the 110V 1.5kW VFD. I believe we did the test prior to shipment.

I have a 110V HY01D511B VFD already. I did not know they would work together. I will give this a try.

If you did't get the VFD paired with the spindle from us, then I would not connect the 220V spindle with your VFD. Let me ask my technician and get back with you.

My technician said that it should work since the 220V 1.5kW spindle worked with our 1.5kW 110V VFDs.

Remember to seek the advice and guidance of a professional electrician when connecting these types of high powered devices.

Do you have any info on the settings? I would rather buy a pre-configured VFD from you if you don't have the settings for my HT since I have already fried one spindle because of lack of documentation from the manufacturer. If you can setup a VFD that works with the spindle you sent at 110v input voltage I would be fine with the extra expense.

I ordered a 1.5KW 110 volt spindle. I just received the box and the spindle clearly says on the foam packaging and the side of the spindle that it is 220V. I think you shipped me the wrong spindle

I ordered the 3-axis medium stepper motor kit. The drivers i recieved were those for the 3-d printer main board, not the modular ones. How am i suppose to wire that up now?

The motor that is attached to the 4th axis is wired as follows:

The motor should have red, green yellow and blue wires coming form the motor. The red and green are paired as one coil and the yellow and blue is paired as the other coil. You can wire the motor to a 3.0 amp driver with red to A+, green to A-, Yellow to B+ and Blue to B-
